Hi. I just want to ask on how can I become a registrar. I know that I should be approved by a hostmaster and I must submit the requirements. Are they going to provide me the list of domains when I am registered as registrar? Do you guys get what I mean? Thanks!!!! :) :) :)

    hi sameer_reddy,

If I can provide the money for investment, are they going to give me the domain list and their status and expiration dates?
thanks so much for your response. :)

When you register a domain name, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) requires your domain name registrar to submit your personal contact information to the WHOIS database. Once your listing appears in this online directory, it is publicly available to anyone who chooses to check domain names using the WHOIS search tool.

Being a domain registrar you can certainly see all the details of the domains registered through you. You can also scan privacy protected domain names and get the details. i am not sure if they will give you any list as such. Might as well ask a domain registrar themselves.
