    you can try:
    you will not be blacklisted, if you will not be accepted!
    4 years goes, my friend's website was accepted which were on "Geocities.com/anyone"

    it is very difficult to get accepted from adsense. But if you have good content in your site, they will approve you. I also use co.cc service with google adsense enabled :) check out my site in sigg : )
