I want to approve other authors' posts before publishing

I am starting a review blog for a temple. The devotees of that temple will register in our blog and post their experience and feedback. But the admin of the blog does not want their devotees posts to appear directly.

He needs to approve it before it would be published.
Is there a plug-in available for this purpose. If there is anyother way possible please let us know. We use wordpress blogs.

 

It is a simple selection in the control panel.

Require registeration to post. Moderate all posts.

 

Give users the role of "contributor" instead of "author."

That way they can write posts, but only an admin can publish the post.

 

With Wordpress 2.3, there is actually a Under Review status for post which the post will only be posted after the admin approves it.
