    $1,000 isn't a lot. If it's all you have...hold on to it. Adwords converts nicely but it's a waste of money UNLESS you have a solid business model to produce a return on your investment.

    First thing that came to mind was Peerfly.

    Why don't you pay to have your ad on there?

    Then you'll have CPA people advertise your site and have TONS of signups!

    try out buysellads... they have cheap deals with high impressions with niche data and info as well.
