    You're using TwentyTen. Utilize the header feature built in the theme.

    As for your border, you may mean background image. That's in your theme options. I usually make the background color #FFFFFF so nobody sees it.

    Actually, I want to use a custom header......... I cant upload from header feature as it is giving error.............

    The header in TwentyTen requires specific dimensions, so that is why you are getting an error

    maybe you have som permission problems. You have tried to upload a picture with 940 × 198 pixels or bigger?
