    It's a Flash slideshow, not JavaScript. Examine the source code for the page and you might be able to track down the company that makes it.

    You can get tutorial from youtube of easyrotator then you'll become able to create this slide show.

    If you have a wordpress site , then there are many sliders come up with free WP themes pick any of WP sliders and you could understand how it works. Its will be easy that way.
