I want the first post to be shown at the Homepage first post

Hi,
I want my first post made to my site to be appeared in the homepage as shown like this in the site, you can check:- http://www.yamahahomecinemasystem.com/
The first post was made very earlier and hhen some 2k posts has been made,but the fist post is always seen in the top of the homepage.
SO i need your help to know if there is any plugin or any other coding method.

Hi,

that's easy, go to your Dashboard then go to Settings - Readings. There's an option called "Front page displays", choose "A static page (select below)" then, you know what to do . .

It didn't help me though i tried, Is this need any plugins?

 

No plugins needed, you simply have to click on dashboard, then settings, then reading, then at the top 'static page' (not your latest posts) and make sure the homepage title is highlighted in the drop down and 'save' and your done.

 

If you're using posts right above the Publish/Update button there's several "Edit" links. One of them allows you to make a "sticky" post to the front page.
