    can i submit same article and how many links in the article i can put and in resource box

    Don't go with softwares to build links. Manual submission is the best and preferred one always. Though it takes time will do good for you in a period of time

    yes always do it manually i know it will take time but produce high quality. one thing is that never repeat the same posting in many websites because it will create a copyright act.

    manual submission is always the best way it takes a little longer but you will find auto submissions usually get classed as spam,
