First if you google or use the search option here you will find what your looking for.Before posting here please take time to read,read,read and then read some more.After you done all that and still haven't find anything (witch would be crazy) , come back here and start a thread.People help around here but don't expect to be spoonfed.Do some reseach on your own first.Cheers!
Submitting a site is really not a requirement any more. Search engines will be able to find your site or blog on their own. If you still want to submit a site, just do a search for: submit site to "search engine name"
I` advise you to create a sitemap, if you use wordpress just find a sitemap creation plugin.. the sitemap has to be sent to google and other search engines for the best results..
