(Maybe you can help me better with the decision) All i want is that an affordable pricing plus a nice design. I can tell you much better with IM. Thats bad. Check this out: http://themes.industrialthemes.com/?theme=made Like 60$ or something. Nobody will make you this kind of theme for this kind of money.
It takes me to design for 2 months, Better you just buy a theme and continue customization as like your need of design.
