    I thought you meant tools (plugins) to optimize your blog (title tags, URL structure, meta tags).

    As ottodo said, you can find almost any script at hotscripts. You should also check out phpclasses.org for some interesting classes that might allow you to develop orginal tools (as opposed to using the same old ones).
