Sam and Perry both make excellent points. If you don't have money you have to put in labor, long hard hours of manual labor writing an submitting articles, press releases, blog posts, social bookmarking, etc. If you have money you can pay someone else to do it plus you can buy PPC traffic. Gregg
I highly recommend you use article submission to generate free traffic to your site. I personally use this way.
Stick with articles to EzineArticles and GoArticles. Also find yourself a handful of forums related to your niche (5-10) to participate in and attach your signature. These methods will give you the most consistent returns for your efforts. If you try to many different methods you will probably get burned out.
with so many ideas shared by great members here, you need an action plan, set the goal and work on it phase by phase. focus on one method in one phase then move on to second method.
Unfortunately with all of us reading this thread potentially doing the same things as you the competition might be stiff!! I know that I need to get working on these things, for my personal sites. My business site is doing well but my personal sites are nearly meeting their potential.
not really. same method can apply to many different market and not all the site using all the same methods.
