I think you may be trying to sell your sites for too much.
IMO lower your prices... may get more willing buyers.

Uhmm....your site makes $100 a month, the first one i mean. Multiply that by 6. That should be your price goal for it. If you put 5k into it, there is no proof to that. The site hardly makes any money. Make the site profitable, and then sell it for 15k. Also, the keyword that is searched for your site, i dont think, is even in the english dictionary. How many people search for that a month? 1 (i.e. you)

The other one seems to have made $1.02, if I am not mistaken. Even if you have that many impressions, with 33 clicks and only a dollar to show for it, it seems like really really really bad traffic.

That site isn't worth more than $200.00 imo.

Lower your prices and you will get actual buyers.

5k is big enough for them ,now its time to seed after invest
