    He wants to buy ads for his site on our sites. That's plain and simple. Is it that hard to understand?

    The thing is he is new, so either he doesn't know that this is the adsense forum and not the proper place to post such thing or he has wrong info on adsense (he thinks ppl can buy/sell ad through adsense)
