    i want to know any good ppc ad network for Africa and middle east traffic but not adsense

    that have high rates and do not depend on conversion but on clicks like adsense

    Doubt you will find anything there. Africa and Middle East isnt good traffic. Closest you will get to anything good is some Performance networks, but the payout will be low.

    You should put some time into getting some better traffic like, .us .ca .uk .au and western europe.
