I want page rank not google number one

I am managing a blog and posting twice every weak. I have to ask that should I put meta tags at each new posting at my blog. If yes then same meta tags should place or new meta tags may be placed.
I want to get good page rank to my blog, not top at google search engine but only page rank, what steps should I take for page rank?

I dont understand why people run behind Page rank, normal users or visitors have no option to see the PR of a website on a normal browser unless they install a 3rd party plugin. Page Rank has nothing to do with rankings in Google. If you rank high in Google you will receive decent traffic and you will be able to monetize your website.
Find some quality backlinks and time will provide you with PR.

 

If you want to get good page rank then I suggest you focus on promoting your site by building backlnks to your site and maybe engaging in ad campaigns. Increased daily traffic to your site also helps increase your page rank.
