I have tried twice already to list my site and no luck. Maybe im doing something wrong, I dont know. Anyhow maybe someone with great background in dmoz can do it for me. PM and let me know the cost and is there a guarantee?

    Thanks

If you applied more then once... there's a good chance that you'll never be accepted. There is no cost, but it could take up to a couple years in order for a moderator to accept/deny your application. There is nothing you can do to speed up the process, and submitting more than one application will slow it down 100%.

Dmoz moderators have alot of applications that have been given to them they try their best in their free time to accept or decline those applications so if u submit your application again then your new application will overwrite the older 1 and your waited time would be doubled

Dmoz guys seem like not knowing what they are doing. They say "we need more editors". At the same time most of the categories are not open for applications. You should apply for a small and often category that doesn't have so much for editing. But even when you aplly for a small category (with 5 entries for example) they reject your application and say "apply for a smaller category".
Furthermore, their categories are a real mess and if you submit a site you should guess the attitude of the editor that will review it in order to hit the "correct" category.
In my opinion, the whole DMOZ thing seems very overrated really...

have ya tried reading the guidelines? That generally does help...

Unless by twice you mean once to the SINGLE best category, and another time to a regional category, or language specific category...

I submitted our website into a deep category and it was accepted within a week. So, it does work to follow the guidelines.

Multiple submission means spamming the directory... Do not submit your website more than once...
    Read the guidelines carefully.
    http://www.dmoz.org/add.html

As you have already submitted your website more than once... Just forget about further submission.

Dmoz list directory is largest directory in directory submissions so its takes review some times.
