i want my refund

Dear members,
This adwords thing is all a mind bite...i signed with them....they ran my campaigns for two days....then they all stopped.....i contacted them and they told to forget running ads with their network.....No reason given to me....i want to know....i have $685 with them which includes my payments totalling $585 plus redeemed coupon of $100.will they refund me all the money including the redeemed coupon?my account show's balance of $685

So my advice to those wishing to open any PPC account is to read the guidelines before starting.

I don't know if Google reimburses pre-paid money already in banned accounts. I assume they would. Don't expect to be reimbursed for costs already incurred or being reimbursed the value of a coupon.

 

Lucid, you are so right. People need to read up up on google before signing-up for PPC and this can take several days. Hell I have been using them for over three years and I am still reading LOL

 

I have never heard of Adwords refunding money. You may have to use all this credit up on ads.

 

google adwords did fault that they did not run your ads in his network so you can talk to refund your money and try to talk your national google office. best of luck try it..

 

Just do a chargeback with you CC. Tell them that this company (google) did not deliver the service.

You can close your account and ask for refund.
google will ofcourse refund your money but not the redeemed amount.
