Basically, affiliate marketing is like a sale person, the advertisers give their banners, ads to the affiliate network ( or we can call it the mother company to make it simple for you) , you are the affiliate who can be called the employee for the mother company ( except you don't get pay hourly or no insurance benefit like a regular company), you take the ads or banners and put them on your website or send out email advertising, every time someone make a purchase from you, you will earn the commission from the affiliate network ( or the mother company) .
