I want internet on my laptop

    I currently have a DSL modem and router, however, its an USB modem which means I cannot connect the router to the modem. I am therefore going for a direct connection from my computer to laptop.

    What will I need? Someone here must do the same.

    Connect you laptop to your desktop and set your desktop to "share internet connection". It sucks, but it should work.

    try with a data card, see if that works, im looking for the same, but i found speed here locally in mumbai is too slow for my cause
