website design is old and not at all appealing, change it all together.

That is a very nice design. Just one suggestion, try not using too much of the red/yellow/orange. Add some white to it or constract it with other colours. Those bright colours just kill the eye.

well you seem like your putting too much into this... I say you redesign this completely, heres what I would do for a website like this and try this out

-Have the width about 700px
-Focus on a black and white theme, make it elegant
-Use a 1px white like under the logo which should be on the top
-Use red 1px lines to divide things, you'll probably end up with a lot of white 1px lines
-Use thin fonts for logo and menu

heres the top part what I'm thinking about...

I would personally go to 99designs.com and post a web design contest. it will cost you to get it made if you choose one you like, however I have had amazing luck on there and the prices are not bad at all.

Plus 99designs is know as crowd sourcing which allows you to see many different designs and creative minds competing to win your money.

 

I have tried to zoom the image and take a look, .. I am associated with a web design company for long. So, Few suggestion would be; the header is too big, the gap between two words is unnecessarily huge. The line down the fashion even if its a curve it is not proper. The navigation is not proper as mentioned in the above post. The color scheme is not working as a divider, all the content is seems to be clustered. The login panel must be at the top somewhere for easy accessibility.

i also like first design but other people is not like this.

 

Well really the first design is great but the reason why people don't like it is because we are now getting so much used to Web 2.0 designs so thats why...

 

It is nice overall, but I think the header is too graphic heavy, but then again I like miminal design....less is more.
