You need to provide more info... do you have $200 for website design? Or do you know how to make a website and want to spend $200 on promotion?

If it's the first, find a good site designer who can convert the design to wordpress, it'll make it easy for you to get started plus Google likes wordpress blogs.

If it's the second, there are a multitude of paths you can follow... backlinking, link wheels, outsourcing this work, buying packages, etc.

You need to earn at least $400 to break even.
