Now, i want to upload this designs to other server and my visitor keep downloading and i make money from Earn Money from Download... and I want pay to me by check... i hope from my friends understand me ...

i don't think there's any file hosting site who pay by check. Paypal is the best option for uploaders.
I recommend FilesTab.com. I contacted FilesTab admin and they are willing to pay users by check, but the minimum payout sum has to be large... like $100. You can earn up to $20 for a thousand downloads; they count downloads from all countries. Once you earn 100 bux, you contact their support team and tell them your address and they will send you the check. Give them a try. They have awesome customer support. ;-)
