I don't believe you can convert it yourself, so you should contact the individuals who generated the ad code for you and have them generate an iframe based version. Otherwise your only recourse is to place the ads themselves into an iframe. You can do this by placing the Javascript code into its own page, such as ad.htm and then calling it with the <iframe> tag on the page and location where desired. You can google the code for the iframe.
