I want banners like this on my website?

    How can I get banners like this on my website. They must be through some sort of 3rd party ad server cause they change. Can someone check the code and tell me?

    You can ask some special company to design it for you.O course,you have to spend some money on it.
    But maybe it's worthwhile for your whole website promotion.

    There are many ad exchange sites that provide banners for your sites. You can use adsense itself with the option to show image banners only. There are other adsense alternatives like clicksor, bidvertiser, etc. that also provide such banners. You can also look at openx, 1800banners, etc. If you are asking how to get your own such banners, you would need to engage your own web designer for it or search for 'how to create flash banner online'.
