    Can anyone post popular affiliate programs that pays commssions via paypal?

    I am working with some affiliate programs like 'Advibrance', paydotcom etc.

    can anyone suggest more affiliate programs like these?

    I've seen many other programs that pay by paypal, but I didn't try them. I posted only programs that I have used. :)

    I know there's many Affiliate Management services and software, and also shopping cart software that can help us track commissions due to businesses and individuals who help generate orders for our company's products. But if we use PayPal to send individual or mass commission payments, does PayPal charge a fee, and if so, who pays it? I've used PayPal only to send/receive $ for personal reasons. I think PayPal used to charge their fee to whoever RECEIVED $. I'm not current on PayPal's fees anymore. Can someone update me about all this?
