If you need a content management system (CMS), I say you go to Joomla. It is being actively developed, tons of extensions, thousands of forum members and most of all, hundreds of free templates you can use on every project in mind. On top of that, the learning curve for Joomla is not as steep as other CMS. From what I've known, Hostgator will host adult sites too. I am so much in love with Joomla, that most of my sites are being powered with that software, including the one in my signature.
