i want to create a wiki on a specific topic i do not know where to start but i know the niche i wanna do and i also know that there are many open source scripts available to do it i just dont have to time to figure it out i expect it to be cheap i will get the domain name and the hosting i just need the programming i will need stuff to be edited but there much be a catcha before editing preferably and i will like to approve articles for people who are not paid memeber and i will like paid members i will like to get a quote for a wiki with my added features as well as one plain wiki which will be cheaper i look forward to responses please let all responses have a price range
