Depending on what platform you are using I would try Thesis for WordPress or take a look at Blogger Busters options for Blogger.

You have take the time to troll the theme libraries to find something similar.

Sometimes you have to open up the wallet and invest in your business to get it the way you want it, or know how to recode an existing theme to get it that way.

If you can do either, it may be very difficult to succeed.
