I want a Shared Hosting which allows Image sharing or File Sharing Scripts

    cPanel for VPS costs around $15/mo on average extra.

    As for HyperVM - most hosts are moving away from it because of what's been happening with the company since the creator passed away several months ago.

    90% of VPS should come with a control panel and there are tons out there. They include but aren't limited to:

    SolusVM
    VDS Manager
    VePortal
    Panenthe

    There are others but these are just from the top of my head - you as a client don't have to pay extra for them, the website control panel, like cpanel, is where the extra cost lies.

    So if I decide I do not want to go with the website control panel i.e. Cpanel to save my cost, what would I be using then to control my website...??

    basic ssh? that's when you need to know a lot of server management.

    You could also go for direct admin which costs a few bucks less or webmin which is a free control panel but much harder to deal with than cPanel. I believe kloxo also works but I've never used it.

    I would suggest you don't waste your time looking for vps or dedicated server for time being.
    Start with shared is the best option you have right now.
    Only switch to vps when you got complain from your host.

    Good luck. That takes a lot of bandwidth. Most hosting servers will kick you off if they find out you are hogging that much for shady activity. Most people get a dedicated for that.

    I had the mini plan. The one I was on was a Core2Duo. They get their servers from Wholesale Internet over in Kansas City. The network is pretty good and only been down like 10 mins when I was using it cause of Cognet had a hiccup. Other than that, it went pretty well during my short time with them (since I was working on a server of my own during that time it gave me somewhere to shove my main site).

    If it is a new site, start off with a VPS then once you've outgrown a VPS, move up to a dedicated server.
