I want a script to make a link exchange directory-Suggestions?

    Hi,
    I want to make a link exchnage directory, and am looking for the best script for this. I require one that gives the webmaster the option of recip or small payment for a one way link with paypal intergration for this.

    Any one have any idea of the best script for the job at all?

    phpld is very nice (especially version 3) but 2.0 is all i use because it's Free :)

    I think maybe I wasn't clear in what I meant. Im looking for a script where pwople can advertise inside for link exchanges for thier sites etc-not just a directory script. I need a Link exchange directory script. Some like link market, similar script needed.
