I don't think there are free proxy list scripts available. But there are a couple of them on DP which are really cheap. Look for them in Buy,Sell andd Trade section. He's asking for a Proxy list script where you can find the list of proxies. What you've mentioned are proxy scripts to browse the blocked sites.

I can suggest you use a php script called www.aardvarktopsitesphp.com. Let proxy webmasters add their proxy site.
I have one you can do this manually, automatically whatever. Just input your site and run a cron job from your server. PM me with what you are willing to pay.
Honestly speaking proxy script is open source but the capability of it is limited. I wouldn't use the free script coz it will easily overload my server. I would use a custom make script that is make specialize for my targeted user niche. You can look for free script here http://www.freeproxytemplates.com/
The format of the script is "top site", not really a "list". But i suggest this if you want to use the free script.
