I saw the following payment page. I recently decided to ask for pay-what-you-think-is-right payments like many pages do. I like the following one from akismet: https://akismet.com/ , sign into your account IF YOU HAVE ONE, then click "change plans", and finally click on "Personal: $0 - $120". Has anyone created one like this before? Or, does anyone know where I can get one generated? Obviously I can do the basic html. It's the other stuff that I'd have trouble with.
