Buying I Want A Designer who doesn't suck | $35 for Logo Design

Basically the font here is pretty great: http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/74347
The position of the font is nice, how it stacks on eachother.

Basically I want "Team" then "InFluenced" under it. Team being directly in the center.

I don't want the logo from that image though.

On the left side I want a vector of the hat on this lady:

Just the army hat with the goggles on top. Have the army hat the bottom opening to a 45 degree angle next to "InFluenced"

(Hat should be on the left side sitting next to the I, if that doesn't work just leave some space between the text and the font)

Color scheme to match: http://i36.tinypic.com/2njydd3.jpg and logo should fit where the previous logo's are.

If you can't do it don't post. PM me your results. Best result gets the money.
