    i also think he has found a free CSS codes to his web site , he must be making website with that. , u can make money with free CSS codes and a websites if u learn it.,

    Even if you have css template, you need to learn css knowledge to hack it .
    Most of the css template need more or less hacks .

    i know CSS but i'm to lazy to do a site from "a" to "z" without taking some fast thing like design ^^
