I want 2 start a forum website need some good themes please help me out

 

What forum software do you plan on using?

 

I don't know much abt forum softwares i need help regarding that only and how much is the cost of the forum site

 

If you're going for free I would suggest MyBB or phpBB.
For paid I would go vBulletin.

As for the themes simply google the forum software + themes, for example: "phpBB themes"

 

can we edit free themes and import some ads themes for it is it possible??

 

It's very possible.
Many themes may specifically support ads.

There are plenty of good webhosting providers available. But there is nothing like unlimited even if they claim.
Forum is different from wordpress. You need to use forum plugin for ads.
