    Assuming that you know this for a fact, it'll have been declined because it's either dysfunctional, under construction or unlistable.

    It can take some time for the listings be approved...how do you know it was rejected?

    I've also tried many time but it did not success.
    I don't know what is its actual recommendation to accepting the website.........................!
