First of all select a best niche (category) If you are really interested in blogging, I suggest you opt for Wordpress self hosted blog or else you can go for free blogger blog
If you want to blog in English then I would be more careful about my grammar if I were you. Finding a good niche is not only about what is hot, what will attract a lot of readers. But also about your interests. It's hard to write something interesting about a subject that you are not really interested in.
You can sign-up for a domain at godaddy.com, they also offer hosting, but you don't have to host your domain there if you don't want to. I personally use Yahoo and a lot of people use hostgator.com.
Step 1: Choose your niche (category) of the blog. Remember! Always go with the niche you are adept at. So you will never get bored. Step 2: Choose CMS. recommended is WordPress (Self Hosted). Or you can go with Free Blogger blog, but I've heard that some blogger blogs were deleted by Google without any notification. Don't feel yourself safe at Blogger! Step 3: Start posting articles. Neither post lengthy posts nor small. Just rush the topic of your post into readers mind. Step 4: Invite others to read your blog.
