i wanna hire expert of vb forums as co admin?

    hello every one i have a forum site but i m very new to vb i don't even have enough knowledge about vb so i want to hire a expert for my vb forum so he manage all my forums post manage required plugins so i just wanna know how much a vb expert charge for controlling vb forum and when i m going to hire someone what question i asked with him about vb please give me some questions and their answers also?
