    I have seen a w.p. theme and uploaded to my wp hosting. but I can't put these sliding pix to my blog. on this link you see some pix on header. I want to put the same thing. Is it a widget, I couldnt find any widget like this.

    You need to hire somebody for this who can do this. Secon option search on google may u find any code their to do that.

    It's just an image gallery script. Search for Wordpress Gallery Script and related until you find the one you like. You can also look at that sites source code and maybe get a clue on what they are using.
