I used the F word on general chats... And infraction?!?

I used it in general chats. I request that the moderator who gave me the infraction, to really consider my situation. I was sad because I lost money on a HYIP... and I meant it out of earnest.

Please reverse the infraction, or just not. Either way is fine.

    thanks

If you're crying about losing a measly $10.00...you need to get a job.

And thanks to da mod who gave da infraction for swearing, and any one who's bombed him with red! :D It wouldn't let me give him red!! :(

Rules have no exemptions. You used an inappropriate word, it's against the rules, you get an infraction. I think that's pretty easy to understand even for a seven year old child.

I doubt they will reverse any infractions, unless they were made by mistake or unjustly, in this case it isn't either. I would recommend to everyone NOT to ask for their infraction to be reversed, but just live with it,and hope it expires in time.

Are they giving infractions for the "f" word now? Is it just in some cases or any use of the "f" word?

I disagree with the comments about "it was only $10" - firstly it isn't the amount of money it's the point. Secondly $10 is a lot for many people. (equivalent to two pints of beer!)

Having said the the thread starter is completely wrong...

I don't use the f word. I'm not into Ford anyway. I have a Dodge and a Chrysler...

I hate forums that give u a slap on the wrist for saying a "bad word".
Lol, it's like the admins really want to feel as if they have power, coz in real life...they live with their moms and work in a supermarket.

Although I'm new to this forum so...I guess I'll have to keep it clean.

For what its worth, the word was not just used in a post, it was used in the title of the thread. Now call me sensative (and believe me I am in no way a prude) but I just do not understand the reason for having to use that word in a post.

As said, if you need to express yourself that much then its so simple to mask, f*ck etc.

I read somewhere on DP that swearing was "ok" as long as it was a general statement like "i hate f'ing cheese" & not "i f'ing hate you b*tch"
