If the ip generates too many clicks too soon, you account might be at risk.

ask a lot of people to click the ads from different IP in different states, countries and more...

in otherwords, make it a pass along to friends...

So long you dont attempt to cheat google, then you will be fine.

And it is never worth cheating for a few pennies.

I don't think you need to worry about it unless you or someone generates multiple clicks on your ads.

Suggest you should not click the ads, it is not worth to do that for the risk to be punished only for a few bucks

If you spend too much on your site using that IP and at the same time clicking on your own ads using the same IP, google will definitely detect your wrong doing and get your account banned.

Not really worth the try to be honest!

If you click and login on your adsense account on that ip you clicked you can be caught, if you just click then check money on different ip you could be fine!

This is actually quite common. I have a cable modem, my ip is not fixed it gets changed periodically Unless you are going out from a dedicated IP like a T1 your IP will change on occasion.

Google knows this. A click from your old IP will likely just be ignored. If the person is visiting several of your sites and clicking on ads then you might have a problem.

Google doesn't read the computers IP of the person clicking, they read the IP Address of the Internet connection you are traveling out on. If you are on dial up, this changes every time you connect to the internet (at least in most cases)

There are obvious patterns Google can check for to keep people from using this fact to be able to do false clicks, so more is required than just the IP address. However if you just logged into adsence and then you click on your ad thats a pretty obvious give away.

Don't click your own ads or you will get banned. Google doesn't just track IP but user's behavior!
