I use Outlook Express for my main email composer program. Why is it, when I am on a website and click an email link, that Microsoft Outlook composer opens up? What do I do to remedy this? Simple steps would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check your default program settings. Control Panel > Default Programs. Set Outlook Express as your default instead of MS Outlook.

Trying to understand....you mean I go to START>CONTROL PANEL correct? I do that . . . .but see no DEFAULT PROGRAM. Oh, I see all the others, i.e. ADD OR REMOVE + KEYBOARD + MAIL + MOUSE etc. etc. Is there another alternative?

Yeah, that's right. Choose Add/Remove then select Select Program Access/Defaults > Custom. You'll have the option of using Outlook Express.
