I urgently need help! Money problems.

Everything that goes in,comes back out within a few days. I;

1. Owe my host £44.44 (over $80) for bandwidth overusage. (260GB!)
2. I did owe eBay over $120 at one point (unsure how those fees amounted tho...., because i had £25oweage, then 3 days later it said i owed £81) and my mum bailed me out for that because of threated court action.

I am on the brink of collaspe,despite all attempts to make decent money. I had to sell a valuable name last month for peanuts to pay for hosting...

I urgently need to help to try and keep the money rolling in and prevent overspending.

Please suggest me any ideas,

1) Sell some text links: Done that, a success, but there is only so many links i can sell before it becomes untidy, but shall i repost my thread again?
2) Sell a site or two: Planning to do that, but i have no current sites which are ready for sale, i am working towards 3 which i want to sell... All have ccTLD's (expensive renewal costs).
3) Can you program or design???: Nope, i have no real skills here, i am good at marketing when i try it.
4) Do you have a blog??? (blog posts): Done this as well... Success when i did it, shall i try this again?

I can offer loads and loads of things. Article database, scripts etc.

#4 yes... we own tons of sites and could always use this service and I know there are lots of others that could use the service too.

So... even if you charge $15.00 per article and do one per hour... *well*

You can manage link directories for the directory owners here. There are lots of people here who own link directories and have lots of submissions piled up. I'm sure they could help out by letting someone edit and approve the links.

 

What is the deadline to pay your host? I might buy something off you/hire you for writing some stuff/ donate some money to you/ lend some money to you. Please get in touch through PM. I know how it feels to be in a situation like this.

Normally, it is 7 days from the date of the email, but my hosts knows my problem and has given me an extra week.

I am already good to managing directory links, i have had over 500 in 2 directorys over the last 4-5 days.

If you have programming skills (mainly web technologies related) try getting some work from sites like elance.com. As an immediate solution, get work related to directory submission..it's completely manual job but should get you enough in 2-3 days to pay off your immediate debts. Even elance is a short term solution.

You mention your bandwidth went way over. You can find another host or take a good look at what is using up your bandwidth. Sometimes you’ll find that some scripts can use a lot of bandwidth and return almost nothing.

It’s always hard at first, so hang in there! This may not sound right, but kick back for a few days, look at the big picture, look around you and you may find the answer right there in front of you.

 

I know what used the bandwidth.

freeimghost.us used up 261GB of bandwidth in 7 days...

I was unaware of this, and i was sortof playing games at the time.

Anyway, the situation is getting better, and i think i can cope from now on.
