I trader fedback not showing up

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me understand why itrader feedback that others put on my profile are not showing up.

 

You only got 1 iTrader which was left approx 8 days ago. Usually I'd blame this on the forum cron jobs...but this time, surely it can't be the cron jobs taking 8 days - usually they're a day at most

Edit: Just checked other forum topics - iTrader appears to only show in forum topics that matter, ie. B-S-T.

 

It should show up in the buy, sell and trade sections where it is needed.

 

But I have received 2 itrader feedbacks but only 1 is showing up. That is where my confusion lies. How long do the crons normally take?

 

thats what i thought..only in the BST sections

 

It doesn't even show up in my profile where it should

 

there is possibility that the feedback giver erased the feedback.
It can be done with fresh feedbacks.

 

if so how would i go about handling that?

 

If the user erased the feedback its gone. There isn't anything you can do except ask that person to re-do it. It's in their hands.

 

you cant.. the buyer/seller/trader retrieve the feedback given at will

and also it is not for this case but for future reference you may face, feedback from the same user will not count as 2 but it'll show up as 2 received.

just to double check, you did get notice about itrader to your inbox right?

because sometimes other party says they are going to leave an itrader or even "itrader left now" but in reaility they do it with delay. Happened to me few times

 

Yes I got the itrader notification in my inbox that's why I'm so confused on why it's not showing up.

 

well... the itrader is only visible in 'but-sell or trade' section
