I thought i was gonna build a website...

    but about 15 minutes into it, im already stuck. My name is Ryan and i'd like to say hello to everyone. I'm hoping that this can be a place for me to meet some nice people and learn a few things as well. So hi.. and i hope you are all doing well! Now for my problem which i dont know where to post it... i need some help with ftp and where to save the files and i think ive done the nameservers correctly, but some knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Basically i keep getting a "server is not available" when i try to publish my page and im lost. any help???

    i literally need step by step instruction on this one... do i do that on my cpanel or what???
