Can someone explain if I make a landing page with three products competing with each other... I give one 5 stars, second 4.5 stars and third 3.5 stars ... How do I acttually know which product is the best if I heavent bought it, seen it ... Do I write a review based on what I think its in an ebook, based on sales page ? And another question I want to ask is: which page should I promote via twitter/addwords/etc. ? Should this be a landing page ? squezze page ? actual sales page ? What is best for me to make ? Landing page which could act like squezze page ? In fact whats the main different betwen those two.
If you contact the vendor, they will often give you a free review copy of the product so you can write a detailed (and somewhat honest) review and give it a ranking based on your own experience with it. Usually you would be promoting your landing page...
Its important for SEO ranked sites that epople do NOT feel like they are being sold too. your LP is ideal for PPC but totally sucks for SEO. different browsers when targeting different traffic sources. if you use an article to drive traffic remeber they want to see more of the same format but with a clear call to action with 2 mx products to shoose from.
Well since the domain and the title of the site are no way connected, people will think its a scam. Sorry.
Im driving both articles and PPC to it. No success. No sales. So far i have included pre-sell changed the layout. And really i have just wasted a few hundred $$$ on it all it seems.
Your pages/products need to be more targeted. Just doing PPC for "make money online" keywords and sending traffic to that page is a recipe for disaster (as you have found). First off, "make money online" is a really competitive market. Secondly, you should at least target a certain niche in that area, such as "make money on Twitter" or something. No offense, but I'm surprised someone who knows so little about affiliate marketing/PPC would spent hundreds of dollars to test out an idea which is obviously flawed.
Clearly they aren't targeted enough. The point is that you can't make one big website with everything. You need to make one website about making money with Twitter, one about making money with surveys, one about making money with Craigslist, etc. And as I said, those niches are incredibly competitive. You need to know what you're doing if you expect to profit running those campaigns.
Looks good. Don't stop with the articles you should see sales. It is a quick review site and I think I know where you got it. Mike
Thanks Mike. I saw a nice template might even be your own and i got my deisgner to implement the changes. Thanks for the encouragement.
I'm all for encouragement, but the thread starter should stop PPC before he throws more of his money in the trash. His "review" site has the least informative reviews I have seen in a long time. You think a few images of colored stars makes people buy stuff?
I made several posts filled with advice. Instead of trying them out you start arguing with me. I've made many review sites and they all seem to convert better than yours (which isn't difficult, seeing as you have had zero conversions). You made a thread asking for advice, I gave you (pretty useful) advice, you ignored my suggestions and now you're mad at me? No wonder you can't sell anything.
You need to pick one niche and specialize in that. There are many successful review sites on the internet. Just google with top 10 + your niche + review.
