    There are various high pr article directories like as ezinearticles, buzzle etc. But your question is not clear as what your want to ask. So explain your question a little more. Coz PR funda is only given by the Google and that never recommend a site, you make your list behalf on the popularity, pr and including other thing. So just clarify a bit more your question.
