    Related to a good domain is not good enough.
    It needs to stand on it's own, to be worth anything over a few bucks.
    However, if you could market , or develop it with some Mexican, Spanish, content, maybe even music, it would completely cahnge the domain, and open you up to a lot more possible buyers.
