    Is there a way to upgrade to a "pro" version of keyword tracker that will let you check your keywords more than once every 24hours?

    I don't think there is, but I just wanted to make sure.

    It depends on your number of keyword you are tracking. The tracker works off the Google API which allows for 1000 queries basically every 24 hours. I generally do not use all 1000 queries at one time; hence I can go back and run again or manually check special ones. Once ever 24 hours seems sufficient for me.
